These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our Lightroom Presets. By purchasing and using our presets, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
License
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the Lightroom presets.
The presets are for personal or professional use only. You may apply them to your own images or images you are editing for a client.
Restrictions
You may not share, resell, distribute, or make the presets available to others in any form. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading them to websites, sharing them on social media, or transferring them to third parties.
You may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the presets.
Ownership
All presets remain the intellectual property of Chavi Dawar. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing and using the presets.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once the presets have been downloaded.
Limitation of Liability
The presets are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the presets will meet your requirements or that their operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the presets, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the presets following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
